Remove Your Blocks through Writing and Horse Guided Life Coaching

Is it time to rewrite your personal story? If you’re stuck in a rut at work, at home, or in your creative practice, this is your chance to address the barriers holding you back. This one-day workshop will help break down your creative blocks. Writing provides an active way to move through blocks, while horses help guide you towards clarity, focus, and commitment.

Collaborating with their dual modality approach, Karin Bauer and Michelle Superle offer horse activities and writing exercises to get you moving towards your creative expression.

Facilitators

Karin Bauer, BSW, RSW is a Counsellor and Life Coach who utilizes Equine Facilitated Learning in her therapeutic practice at Horse Journey. Through connecting with horses, her clients become more con-dent, clear, and focused. She often guides clients for whom traditional talk therapy hasn't worked. Karin is also an artist and author and has published Art Guidance Cards and Journals. She is a lifelong equestrian. More at www.HorseJourney.com

Michelle Superle, Phd is Assistant Professor of English at the University of the Fraser Valley, where she teaches creative writing and literature courses. She’s also the author of Contemporary, English-language Indian Children’s Literature and Black Dog, Dream Dog.
