Learn self-empowerment through facilitated exercises with Karin Bauer and her horses in the morning and beginner martial arts with Michelle Tremblay in the afternoon. Horses are intuitive prey animals that can help humans become better leaders, have stronger boundaries and be more assertive. Martial arts is about overcoming your fears and challenges, building confidence and stepping into your own personal power.

Who can benefit?
This is a hands-on, experiential, fun, transformational workshop for women 18 years and over which will include partner work and group discussions in a safe, relaxed and comfortable environment. No experience with martial arts or horses is necessary!
Come and experience a day of learning martial arts techniques and horse guided activities to develop your self-awareness and personal power.

Karin Bauer, BSW, RSW is a Counsellor and Life Coach who utilizes Equine Facilitated Learning in her practice at Horse Journey. Through counseling with horses, her clients become more confident, clear and focused. Karin offers individualized programs with horses in a relaxed outdoor location.
Michelle Tremblay –PID –Anti-Bullying Trainer/Speaker
